  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
